Returns and Warranty Information

Returning an Item

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in salable condition in order to receive credit or exchange. Salable condition is defined as: Any items that can be resold. The item must be in good or new condition. The item must not have been applied to the vehicle. The red tape on the adhesive backing must not have been removed, or breached. For faster processing, please include a copy of the package slip.

To receive credit or exchange for merchandise you must do the following:

  1. Contact a QAA retail department for an RA# and instructions.
  2. Pack up item(s) to be returned carefully and securely.
  3. Enclose a copy of the original packing slip or invoice.
  4. Mark RA Number clearly on the outside of shipping box.
  5. Prepay shipping charges back to QAA
  6. Once the returned merchandise is received and examined, all valid claims will receive a credit or an exchange. No cash refunds will be given.

Defective Parts

If an item arrives in an unacceptable condition as a result of a manufacturer defect, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.

Once you've received the label, ship the defective item as instructed. Upon receipt of package or confirmation that the package is in transit we'll ship you a replacement or credit your account.

Replacement Parts

If you damaged a part during installation or the part has become unusable due to any reason other than manufacturer defect or damages during delivery, we can replace up to any number of pieces you may need. There is a $20 minimum on all single pieces. Call or email us for pricing.

 

Warranty Info

Quality Auto Accessories, Inc. warranties all of its Rocker Panel kits and Pillar Posts trim against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal and intended use, for the length of original ownership. QAA will repair or replace any defective items on those trim kits that were properly installed as outlined in QAA’s published installation instructions included with each kit. QAA’s maximum liability shall not exceed the original charges. The warranty does not cover damaged due to misuse, or collision, or negligence. The warranty excludes all damages from mishap during other-than-normal driving conditions including off-road use. The warranty is also void if product has been modified or altered in any respect from its original design without written authorization from Quality Automotive Accessories, Inc.
