Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping Information

All Domestic shipments made via UPS. Shipping cost will be calculated at check out using current UPS rates. Insurance can be added at check out Tracking number and information will be emailed when items ship All packages require signature unless request for no signature is made UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes

Our normal business hours are Mon-Fri 8AM -- 5PM EST. We are closed on weekends.

Orders placed after 2pm EST will not ship till the next day.
All Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select must be placed before 1pm EST otherwise orders will ship next business day.
Orders placed over the weekend will ship the next available business day.

International Shipping Information

If you ordering from Canada:

Select Canada from the Country drop down menu. Then Select Canada from the shipping menu. We only ship by USPS to Canada. We will ship UPS by request. Thank you.

If order from anywhere else other than Canada:

Damaged Items

If you should receive and item that was damaged during delivery you have two options.

1. Call us right away with your tracking number or order details. We will file a claim on your behalf and send a replacement piece once the claim has been confirmed.

2. Do not accept delivery of package
